3. O’Leary Walker Final Instructions Shiraz 2015 $35
Adelaide Hills wonderful cool-climate shiraz. Beautiful red liquorice and spice. Dark forest fruits, ripe plum and blackberry. Fine oak tannins and a long-balanced finish.
4. Angove The Medhyk Old Vine Shiraz $65
This Medhyk shiraz is opaque purple with bright hues. Dark blackberry fruit aromas, bitter chocolate and liquorice with a touch of garrigue, bound by French oak that leads to a rich and full front palate with black cherry and berry fruit on the middle palate. The finish is long and well-structured, heralding a great wine with ageing potential.
5. Salena Estate BFR $100
