Got the next big idea on the tip of your tongue, but need some guidance in the world of business? 3. Corpse Flower Blossoming
A blossoming flower and the smell of rotting flesh may not be two things you associate with one another, but the Corpse flower or Titum Arum (Amorphophallus titanium) is as pungent as they come. Originating in Sumatra, the endangered plant is one of the largest in the world, and can sometimes need 10 years to flower. It’s expected to open any day now, so keep an eye on the Adelaide Botanic Gardens Facebook page so you don’t miss your chance to see (and smell) this incredible work of nature.

6. Wharf Garden Bier Fest
If you missed out on the Oktoberfest, or you’re just looking to make a habit out of getting your German drink-on, there’s another bier fest in the Port. With German styles on tap, SA crafts beers, German food and entertainment, there’s plenty of reason to say ‘Prost’!
